After much prayer and searching, our church has hired a new organist. Dr. Jennifer Marshall will begin as our new organist on Epiphany Sunday, January 8.  Dr. Marshall holds her Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Organ Performance.  In addtion, she also has a Master’s degree in Divinity from GardnerWebb University.  Growing up in the First Baptist Church of Newberry, South Carolina, Dr. Marshall is familiar with Baptist life and music. She is married to Dr. Zach Marshall who teaches at East Tennessee State University. We are so fortunate to have her join our music ministry staff. Look for her in January and make her feel welcome.
