Thank you for your interest in First Leaders. First Leaders equips servant leaders to impact the Kingdom of God through First Baptist. Following Jesus’ model of leadership training, participants will “come aside” for nine months of fellowship, training, and service. The Senior Pastor, mentors, and coaches will provide holistic training for personal, professional, and church leadership.
Our first cohort launches August 12. If you are interested in being a part of this group, or know someone you would like to nominate, fill out the nomination/application form. Anyone who is a member of First Baptist or an attender of the Bridge, age 21 and over, is eligible to be a part of this group. Cost is $200, which covers a retreat, books, materials, and food. Scholarships are available. Deposit of $25 will be due by July 1.
Participants will need to be committed to 90% attendance. As a pilot group, we will review the dates for each other’s schedules at orientation.
