Buckner International is a First Baptist Church of Knoxville ministry partner.

Buckner international is a humanitarian organization founded in 1879 to care for orphans and widows based on the New Testament madate of Jesus Christ.  For nearly 130 years, Buckner has cared for the diverse needs of those Jesus called the “least of these.”

At Buckner community engagment is driven by innovative partnerships with like minded organizations and churches like First Baptist Knoxville.  Buckner began collaborating with First Baptist Knoxville in 2006 to help meet needs in the community of Knoxville.
