Are you a church member planning a meeting or an event at First Baptist? Our church facility is a busy place! So, scheduling meetings and events is an important process. We want to make sure rooms are ready for use, necessary information is conveyed, events are on the calendar, and rooms aren't double booked. In an effort to meet all of these needs, we use an Event Scheduling Form to schedule every meeting and event. The Event Scheduling Form is available in the church office or at fbcknox.org/esf. To schedule your event, submit your completed Event Scheduling Form to any staff minister or to Vanessa Moore at . Each request will be reviewed during staff meeting the subsequent Monday. You will be contacted with a confirmation or a request for additional information following that meeting. Our goal is to ensure the best outcome for your event and to make scheduling easy.
Please note, we do not routinely rent out our facilities to organizations as a venue for events. If you are not a church member or mission partner, we may not be able to accommodate your event.
